Stephanie is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist whose passion for helping people has shaped her career. A graduate of Eastern College’s Massage Therapy program in St. John’s in 2015, she has since worked in clinical settings and remains an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador (CMTNL) and the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapists’ Association (NLMTA).

In 2021, Stephanie further specialized as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) through the International Lymphedema & Wound Training Institute (ILWTI). As the vice president of the Lymphedema Association of Newfoundland and Labrador, she’s one of the few CLTs in the province, contributing to the care and support of those affected by this condition.

Stephanie’s clinical focus includes treating musculoskeletal injuries and managing lymphedema. She incorporates a range of hands-on massage techniques in her treatments, such as cupping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, tailored to support her clients' recovery and well-being.
