Training at Ascend is not like working out at your average gym. We do not make false promises about rapid results, we do not count calories burned or take progress photos, and we do not push you to the point of exhaustion or injury.

Personal/Private Training
Offered individually, or in pairs. This is great for beginners, or if you are just returning from an extensive layoff or injury. It’s also the perfect fit if you have a more specific goal in mind (ex. Sport performance). Group Fitness
These classes pack a punch! The exercise style varies by the day (see schedule here - link to booking page), but all classes are full-body workouts aimed to improve functional strength, cardiovascular endurance, and overall movement quality. Classes are beginner friendly, and scalable for those with more experience.

• Time: 60 minutes
• $150 and 90 minutes for Partner Training/Assessment
Includes an extensive movement screen and goal-setting session. Exercise and injury history is noted (along with essential lifestyles habits), and recommendations will be made for a progressive strength and conditioning program. -

• 24 sessions for $2160 ($90/session)
• 36 sessions for $3060 ($85/session)
