    If you are booking for physiotherapy or chiropractic, please bring along athletic attire and sneakers as your session will likely involve some movement.

  • The duration of an appointment varies depending on the service. Generally, appointments can range from 30 to 60 minutes.

Booking & Cancellations

  • Yes, you can click here to book online.

    Our physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractor and kinesiologist all offer online booking. This allows for flexibility in scheduling.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule . We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This gives clients the opportunity to book previously held appointment time.

Billing

  • Coverage for our services varies depending on your insurance plan.

  • Yes, we provide direct billing to most major insurance companies. If your plan is with the federal government, or you are covered under a less common insurance policy, you may have to pay for your service(s) upfront and submit the detailed receipt yourself.

Referrals

  • You do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist. Physiotherapists can assess, diagnose, and treat a number of different physical conditions.

    Also, most major insurance companies do not require a physician’s referral for direct billing, but some plans do require one. It is recommended that you call your insurance company prior to your appointment to discuss the requirements for direct billing.

  • Yes, unfortunately most insurance companies require a physician’s referral to direct bill under massage therapy. However, you do not need a referral to see a massage therapist if you are not looking to direct bill an insurance policy.
