Megan graduated from Memorial University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Psychology, followed by a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at Dalhousie University in 2018.

Megan has spent the past 5 years working with Newfoundland Health Services (Eastern Health), gaining experience in multiple service areas such as seating and equipment prescription, mental health and addictions and physical and cognitive rehabilitation. Megan currently works for one of the community mental health (FACT) teams in St. John’s, NL as well as working with Veteran’s Affairs Canada/Anciens Combattants Canada offering occupational therapy mental health assessments and treatment programs.

At Ascend Health, Megan offers a variety of services such as wheelchair seating assessments and prescriptions, mobility assessment and equipment prescriptions, home modification services, mental health assessments and treatment programs, as well as concussion management.
