Jeff graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. He then pursued further education and completed his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2018. During his academic career, he gained hands-on- experience in various clinical settings, fostering a deep understanding of evidence-based practice.

Jeff is committed to ongoing professional development and has completed advanced training in manual therapy, exercise prescription, Mulligan Techniques, functional movement screening, and dry needling. His diverse skill set allows him to tailor treatments to the unique needs of each patient, combining hands-on techniques with movement-based therapies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
